ACORN is an organization dedicated to the revitalization of older properties. A must read. They also sponsor several seminars on the lending process. I usually receive information about the seminars via e-mail and I'll make sure to inform you about the next meeting because we all should attend (breakfast and a seminar day, maybe?). Enjoy
